5. Payment and Pricing

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

We strive to maintain a flexible, patient-focused schedule but require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of a prepaid session. Because ketamine infusions are a medical service and scheduled in advance with licensed professionals, we do not offer refunds for sessions that have already been completed. For prepaid packages, partial refunds may be issued only if the remaining sessions are medically contraindicated and authorized by a One Mind provider. Any refund or rescheduling policy is at the discretion of One Mind and may be outlined further in your individual treatment agreement.
